The SWIETELSKY Management Board comprises four members who are responsible for different business areas.

Peter Krammer, CEO, COO Railway Construction

DI Dr. Peter Krammer has been the CEO of Swietelsky AG since April 2023. As COO, he has also been responsible for the railway construction division since October 2024. In addition, he is the chairman of the Austrian Association of Industrial Construction Companies (VIBÖ), the Austrian Construction Industry Association within the Austrian Federal Economic Chamber and the Austrian Society for Construction Technology (ÖBV). Peter Krammer is also a member of the Executive Board of the FH Campus Wien.

Harald Gindl, CFO

Harald Gindl, MBA, has been with the company since 2000 and joined the SWIETELSKY management board in April 2021. After managing the international business on an interim basis, he took over the position of Chief Financial Officer and is Deputy Chairman of the Management Board with the 2022/23 financial year. Gindl is a member of the Upper Austrian Chamber of Commerce and a member of the tax strategy group for industry.

Klaus Bleckenwegner, COO International

With the start of the 2022/23 financial year, Dipl.-Ing. Klaus Bleckenwegner took over as head of SWIETELSKY's foreign markets as COO International. His career has been characterised by extensive experience in building and managing foreign business in the fields of structural and civil engineering and large-scale projects in developing markets. This background provides a solid basis for SWIETELSKY's international expansion.

August Weichselbaumer, COO Österreich

With SWIETELSKY since 1999, August Weichselbaumer has been responsible for the Austrian division as COO since April 2023. In addition, Weichselbaumer is deputy chairman of the construction industry representation at the Upper Austrian Chamber of Commerce, as well as an auditor at the Austrian Association of Industrial Construction Companies (VIBÖ).
